  • Foreign workers employed by overseas companies who have worked in the same industry for over 1 year and their family.

  • The visa can be applied for at Korean embassies overseas. Foreign nationals currently in Korea with a short-term visa are also able to change to this visa if they meet the requirements.

Workation in Korea with a Digital Nomad Visa

⭐ Requirements:

  • Visa application form, passport, one standard sized photo, and application fee.

  • Employment verification documents: Proof of employment at an overseas company and working in the same industry for over 1 year.

  • Income verification documents: Documents proving income over twice the previous year's Korean national GNI per capita as announced by the Bank of Korea.

  • Family relationship verification documents (if bringing family members).
